ADHD Assessment
Ages 6 to 16 years
Assessment includes administration of the WISC-V, completion of the Vanderbilt Scales (parent and school) and Young DIVA, clinical history review including school reports where possible, and
in clinic observation.
Provision of a comprehensive report (hard and digital copies).
The fee is $2200
If a psychometric assessment has already been completed recently, or is not indicated (eg for high school students)
The fee is $1700
ADHD Assessment
From age 17 years
Assessment includes administration of the DIVA, completion of the CAARS and Adult Observer Report, clinical history review including school reports where possible, and
in clinic observation.
Provision of a comprehensive report (hard and digital copies).

Cognitive Assessment
Ages 6 to 16 years
Stand alone psychometric assessment using the WISC-V is available for children and young people aged 6 to 16 years.
Assessment includes administration of the WISC V, and follow up session parent/caregiver only) to discuss results.
Provision of a comprehensive report (hard and digital copies).
The fee is $750
